Hello! This is my Korean writing portfolio from my Fall 2023 KORE 370 Advanced Korean Writing for Academic Purpose class. I had to question my Korean up to this point through this class. However, I had fun and the topics were interesting and engaging. I also realized that I do well in creative writing assignments more than I do in more technical essays; my essay skills are much stronger in English than they are in Korean. I write creatively in my free time, but this is the first time in years that I’ve done any creative writing for school. All the topics and chapter titles comes from my professor’s yet to be realized textbook. My portfolio includes all 11 essays from the semester. Originally, there were plans for 12 essays, but it was cut down to 11 due to a Korean conference during week 11.
